ESG Commitment
Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values was integral to this project. We implemented sustainable practices throughout the conversion process, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Careful consideration to restoration rather than replacement where possible was given. The design incorporates energy-efficient systems like air conditioning for cool and heating and new insulation methods that in practice have yielded exceptional results. The property is located within Great Watford village part of Alderley Edge, bringing the property back to use in a sympathetic considered way was the focus from the design stage. Now complete the building provides 9 spaces for companies to growth and thrive in. By successfully delivering this project, we demonstrated our ability to maintain high ESG standards while achieving our development goals.

The total contract value of the project was £1.65 million and it was completed within a 12-month timeframe. This efficient and cost-effective execution underscores our capability to manage developments while adhering to strict budgetary and scheduling requirements.
